I would like everybody to check these out and tell me what you think.
I haven't spent a lot of time looking in to it but what I saw was very moving.

A couple of worry-some points about alternative worship (from their website):
• no single centre or authority
• no single theological position or statement of beliefs but mostly within Christian orthodoxy
• crossing theological boundaries, even within single groups
• many of the people in positions of influence or leadership are not ordained or church employees
Yes, but there was a lot of heresy going on @ the time, and Paul wrote to the churches to be careful. I think we had better be careful. Neverpennyless may be refering to the fact that many organizations that do not associate with some kind of authority run the risk of heresy, cult, etc. While I appreciate the break away from the traditional church, I hope they keep their ties to Theological and Spiritual Truth. Basically there HAS to be accountability or it is risky.
mom's big beef is that it didn't say anything about jesus.
there were definitely flags, but I don't like running church like a business, and having ordained positions doesn't mean anything, ie. the pope?. They were pretty vague and almost market oriented, but I would have to experience it myself to know for sure. You have to look beyond the regulations and see how its being lived out.
you sound also semi-aggressive. you asked up to check it out...
Great work.
